Education that never quietly goes out of date
Guidelines move. Most courses don't. Every MD Acumen module carries a visible last-reviewed date and is kept aligned with the latest NICE, ESC, KDIGO and equivalent thresholds, under the Director's clinical sign-off.
Academically serious, internationally portable
Awarded by NVU
Each CAS is awarded by New Vision University at FHEQ Level 7 within the European Higher Education Area — 20 UK credits / 10 ECTS. It is an academic award, not a UK degree, GMC registration or specialist registration.
Quality assured
A six-block quality framework governs every programme: curriculum, assessment, faculty, risk governance, student feedback and programme monitoring. See our governance.
Built for the NHS Neighbourhood
Designed for multi-professional teams delivering chronic-disease care close to home, with a quality-improvement capstone that returns measurable benefit to your own service.
Awarded by, delivered by, and curriculum-aligned with. Programmes are awarded by New Vision University and delivered by MD Acumen Ltd. Curriculum is mapped to the published guidance of NICE, ESC/EASD, KDIGO, ADA, AHA/ACC, the RCGP curriculum and the NHS England multi-professional framework, and to professional bodies including the BMS, RCOG, IMS and Endocrine Society.
"Curriculum-aligned with" describes explicit content mapping to a body's published guidelines. This site never claims endorsement that has not been confirmed in writing.
