Who leads the school

Director, adviser, signers and examiners

Adviser

Professor Tham Nimal-Raj co-founded the concept and advises the school. He holds no course directorship, no content role and no financial control, and recuses himself from any New Vision University decision that concerns MD Acumen.

Signers

Every clinical statement is signed by Professor Rajesh Varma, GMC 4196453; there is no other sign-off clinician. The signer register is kept on learn.mdacumen.com.

Examiners

New Vision University appoints the examiners for each Certificate of Advanced Studies; an external examiner is named for each cohort.

The method

One method, signed and kept current

Every clinical statement is signed by a named GMC-registered clinician with the date and the guideline version relied on. Nothing reaches a learner unsigned. AI assists the drafting of our material, and no AI decides a mark.

Guidance is watched for change; when a cornerstone guideline moves, the affected teaching is reviewed, re-signed and re-dated by a named clinician. Nothing is republished unsigned.

Each entry names the module, the change, the signer and the date. The list is read from the learning platform; where it cannot load, see the change log.
