The Primary Care Masterclass is MD Acumen's face-to-face strand of Micro Learning: a full day of current, practice-changing education for UK-registered healthcare professionals across primary and secondary care. Each meeting is Director-led with invited specialist faculty, anchored to the pivotal-guideline canon as it stands on the day, and deliberately threaded through multimorbidity so the sessions connect rather than sit in silos.
CPD & certification
A full educational day carrying 6 UK CPD credits. Every delegate receives a CPD-accredited Certificate of Professional Learning Activity on completion.
Independence & ABPI compliance
Meetings are run to be ABPI Code-compliant. Where an industry-sponsored symposium features, its sponsorship is declared in the programme and separated from the independent educational sessions. See the Sponsor Disclosure Register.

Saturday 17 April 2027 — proposed date
The next full-day Primary Care Masterclass is planned for Saturday 17 April 2027 at 610 The Avenue, Centennial Avenue, Elstree WD6 3TJ — the events venue adjacent to Village Hotel London Watford, with dedicated on-site parking, just off junction 4 of the M1 (venue to be confirmed). The date has been chosen to sit clear of Ramadan (expected 8 February – 9 March 2027) and the Hertfordshire Easter school holidays (26 March – 9 April 2027), and to fall after the QOF year-end. The full programme — seven connected sessions across the day, each ~45 minutes plus Q&A, threaded through multimorbidity — will be published here in early 2027.

The shape of the day
Registration from 08:30; teaching 09:00–17:00 with a mid-morning break, lunch and an afternoon break; Director-led plenary and certificates to close. 6 UK CPD credits; free to attend; registration required.
Before then — December 2026, a dedicated half-day. The Herts Heart Failure Masterclass for Primary Care — a case-based, in-person half-day with Harefield cardiology, community heart-failure and lifestyle-medicine faculty — takes place in Hertfordshire on Saturday 12 December 2026 (5 UK CPD points).
